About Us

About Us

Healing Trauma was created to help people rebuild their lives after workplace injuries.

We know the workers’ compensation process can feel like another full-time job, with forms, calls, authorizations, and waiting. Meanwhile, your body and mind are trying to recover.

That’s where we come in.

We provide Therapeutic support for those navigating recovery through workers’ compensation, helping injured employees heal emotionally, mentally, and physically so they can return to work and life feeling whole again.

Unlike traditional practices, our focus is clear: we specialize in workers’ compensation therapy and trauma therapy for injured workers across California. We understand the paperwork, the systems, and the emotional toll. You won’t have to explain it twice.

Our approach blends compassion with evidence-based care, so every worker, nurse case manager, or claims adjuster knows they’re not just a case file here. They’re a person reclaiming their life.

Client-Centered Therapy for Workers Comp

why choose us

Healing from a work injury isn’t just physical, it’s personal. That’s why Healing Trauma focuses solely on workers’ compensation recovery therapy in California. Our therapists specialize in work-related trauma therapy and PTSD from work injury treatment, using trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy (TI-CBT), CPT and EMDR for workers’ compensation to make recovery smoother and faster. We coordinate directly with nurse case managers, attorneys, and claims adjusters, ensuring you never face the system alone. And because workers’ compensation mental health support shouldn’t end when the paperwork does, we stay with you through every stage of healing right up to your return to work.
